Laowa 24mm f/14

To capture the production of tablets, ampoules, and ointments, we decided to use an unusual lens - the Laowa 24mm f/14 2x, which is a wide-angle lens that provides a broader perspective than traditional macro lenses. With a viewing angle of 84.1° and a maximum magnification of 2:1, this lens allows us to capture images that are very close to the subject while still capturing the surrounding environment.

With this lens, you can show more details and textures, unlike traditional macro lenses, which only focus on a small part of the subject. The optical design ensures a much greater depth of field. When you need to show more details in the background, using a traditional macro lens for small objects can result in a blurred image. However, the Laowa 24mm f/14 2x lens solves this issue, making it an excellent choice for capturing the surroundings.

The front of the Laowa 24mm f/14 2x lens is waterproof, allowing for "underwater" photography. Shooting liquids is much easier, as there is no need for additional protection. The same applies to shooting scenes with a high concentration of fine particles.

Благодаря 40-сантиметровой длине объектива, я смог очень близко подобраться к объекту съемки, при этом оставаясь все еще достаточно далеко.
The small main lens diameter of 2 cm allows you to shoot from an ultra-low point, capturing a large amount of surface to show a beautiful perspective for maximum impact. Viewers will simply "walk" along the surface. Additionally, the small size of the lens allows you to penetrate into the most hidden corners without blocking the light with your body.

Объектив Laowa 24mm f/14 2x предназначен для использования на камерах с форматом кадра 36x24 мм, и, конечно, с меньшими форматами типа Super35.The Laowa 24mm f/14 2x optical design consists of 27 elements in 19 groups. This exceptionally complex lens set is designed to provide maximum image quality. Currently, the following versions are available: Canon EF, Nikon F, and Sony FE. There is also a film version with a stepless aperture and an Arri PL mount.
